Buy a Remedy Kit!

Whilst it is a good idea to see your homeopath regularly to maintain your general level of health I would also recommend keeping a Homeopathic Kit at home. I usually suggest booking an appointment every 4 weeks (sometimes 2-4 weeks).

In between appointments having a kit can be really helpful for several reasons: the kits contain a selection of common homeopathic remedies together with a small booklet which acts as a user guide. You can look up each individual remedy (the name for homeopathic medicine) or by a particular ailment.

Kits can be bought from either Ainsworths or Helios Homeopathic Pharmacy. Having a range of common homeopathic remedies at home can be helpful if you need to get in touch in an emergency and have the remedies already to hand. They also give you confidence to learn some of the basics of how Homeopathy can help you and your family.
